How HQSI Helps People with Medicare

Healthcare Quality Strategies, Inc., (HQSI) can help people with Medicare. You may have a concern about the quality of the healthcare you’ve received. You have a right to file a complaint. For more information on how to file a complaint, click here.

HQSI also can help when you feel that stopping services or being discharged from a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility, or hospice is too soon. For more information on how to file an appeal, click here

 

Our Staff

We have doctors and nurses on staff. They can answer your questions about quality of care or appeal requests. HQSI will work with you to identify and correct any problems we find. We also can work with your authorized healthcare representative. An authorized healthcare representative is a person you choose to help you with your medical decisions.

 

Claims and Other Concerns

HQSI cannot review complaints about claims or billing problems. Medicare takes care of complaints about your claims or bills. Go to www.mymedicare.gov or call 1-800 Medicare (1-800-633-4227) with these and other general questions.
